We do not accept returns.​We accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value than the purchase price, within 15 days of the purchase, provided the item is intact and without any signs of use.To make exchanges, it is mandatory to present the respective invoice or gift receipt, without which Aquijóias reserves the right not to make the exchange.

O envio das encomendas é feito no dia útil seguinte à data em que o nosso sistema recebe a confirmação do seu pagamento (estes pagamentos podem demorar até 24h a ser confirmados). All our pieces come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.​WARRANTY CONDITIONS​The warranty excludes misuse, damage due to oxidation, deterioration, and improper cleaning.The warranty covers only manufacturing defects, in which case we will proceed with repairing the part or, if repair is not possible, we will replace it with a part of equal value chosen by the customer;For warranty purposes, presentation of the corresponding invoice is mandatory.If the invoice is not presented, Aquijóias reserves the right to refuse the item.​WARRANTY EXCLUSION​Repairs to parts not covered by the warranty are subject to an additional cost, which will always be provided in a quote upon customer request.

Being only a thin layer on the metal, these pieces should only be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth.Pieces with cubic zirconia/semi-precious/precious stones: These pieces should be cleaned with a cloth dampened with a suitable cleaning product, which can be found in our stores.
